Coach Scott Loucks has been coaching AAU basketball for both boys and girls teams for years and has coached over 105 girls to the Division I ranks and over 75 boys to the Division I ranks. As a former high school coach at Arkansas Baptist and Pulaski Academy Coach Loucks had a winning percentage that exceeded 800 including coaching the Pulaski Academy boys basketball team to back-to-back State Championships in 2002 and 2003. He has won over 15 State Championships between his high school and AAU basketball experience. Coach
Loucks played at Seattle University and the University of Central Arkansas
finishing his career playing with Scottie Pippen. He has a true love
for working with the very best players in Arkansas and each year he
assembles the very best players in Arkansas and takes them to showcase
tournaments throughout the country and helps develop their game to get
ready for the Division I Collegiate level. |

Coach Greg Hatcher has been working with the Arkansas Belles for the past three years. Coach Hatcher also coaches the Mighty Bluebird Soccer Team, which is currently ranked #1 in the nation. Several of his soccer players now play for the Arkansas Belles and he brings to the program expertise in the fitness area and helps push the girls to the highest possible work ethic. The Arkansas Belles practice out at Mighty Bluebird field where a gymnasium has been built for the Mighty Bluebirds and Arkansas Belles and in addition has three soccer fields. Bluebird Field is the perfect facility to help develop players. Coach Hatcher was a 3-sport varsity athlete at Alma College in Alma, Michigan where he lettered in soccer, wrestling, and baseball. For his accomplishments, Hatcher was inducted into the Alma College Hall of Fame in 2007 and joins 3 of his wrestling teams and 2 of his baseball teams also in the Alma College Hall of Fame. Coach Hatcher recently finished his second book entitled, Between the Ears, which is a book that focuses on the mental aspects of sports for the high school/collegiate player and if a player were to do all of the things listed in the book they would be an absolute coaches dream.
